Terrible communication between app, restaurant locations and their service reps via phone. Spoke in Chinese and English and it seems to be an service issue rather than a langue one. I called a total of four times, waited two hours and got no updates or food. App may be easy to use but does not carry into the actual food. Would not recommend.
Loved this app. Really the perfect ordering system. Then ios9 came and now the app crashes as soon as the landing page shows. Please update and Ill download this app. For now, Ill order online.
服务烂，客服烂。答应半小时送到，其实一个小时也送不到。客服一问三不知。这样一个app就是骗人的。
